Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Tickets & Admission
All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Mayfest reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not comply with event rules or whose behavior negatively impacts the event or community.
Assumption of Risk
Mayfest is an outdoor event that includes music, art installations, camping, and late-night activity. Attendance is at your own risk.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:
Conditions may include uneven terrain, weather changes, loud music, low lighting, and overnight activity
You are responsible for your own safety and personal belongings
Limitation of Liability
Mayfest, its organizers, volunteers, staff, performers, vendors, and property owners are not liable for:
Personal injury
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Acts of other attendees or third parties
Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own discretion.
Event Changes
Mayfest is a live, community-driven event. Schedules, performers, activities, and programming are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
Refunds & Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or significant changes, Mayfest will communicate clearly with ticket holders regarding next steps.
Photography & Media
By attending Mayfest, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. You grant permission for your likeness to be used in event-related media, documentation, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in advance.
