Brewery Description For our web page and program, please write a short bio about your brewery so we can post it on our website and Facebook.
Please e-mail a vector EPS to james.herter@gmail.com. Otherwise, a high-resolution JPG will work. For the JPG, it is best if it is at least 5" x 5" - depending on shape of the logo.
Registration includes admission for up to 4 brewery rep's to MAYFEST on Saturday May 20, 2017. Please list each staff member below. All Staff or Volunteers must have a valid Employee (Server's) Permit. A copy of these permits must be submitted along with a valid State ID at Brewery Check-In.

We welcome all styles of beer, but since this is a Maifest, some nice Märzens und Maibocks would be appropriate; doppel, tripel, quad… you get the ‘draft’. Any beer is a spring beer though!
If you will arrive on Friday we will have an impromptu social gathering consisting of food, beverages and good company at Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza, which is adjoining the Event location and the Hampton Inn. Please confirm up to two brewery representatives below. Additional brewery representatives will be charged $15 each.
